    This was given to her years ago from a friend

    List of Ingredients




    1 stick margarine
    1 stick butter
    1 box Powdered sugar
    4 eggs
    1-12 oz. box Vanilla Wafer's,crushed
    1/2 cup milk
    1 pkg. frozen coconut

    Recipe



    Cream the margarine,butter and powdered sugar til well blened.Stir in the frozen coconut ( have the coconut thawed.
    Add the eggs one at a time,stir in the crushed vanilla wafers.
    Bake in a lightly greased tube pan for 1 hour and 15 mins. at 325 degrees.
    * add chopped nuts before baking if desired
    Enjoy anytime of year
