    3 cups pecan pieces
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup white Karo syrup
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. Butter
    1 tsp. soda

    Recipe



    Place all BUT the soda in a sauce pan and cook 20-22 mins.
    Butter a cookie sheet;stir in the soda and stir quickly and pour onto cookie sheet. Spread evenly and let cool completely before twisting pan to "crack" into pieces.
