    2 onions, chopped
    1/3 c. butter
    2 cups of cooked rice
    1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 lbs. broccoli, chopped

    Recipe



    Saute onions in butter and add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes at 350.
