Homemade Yeast Rolls

1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup warm water
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 cup shortening
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. saltRecipe
Put shortening, salt and sugar in hot water until shortening is melted. Dissolve yeast in to warm water. Add egg. Mix with shortening mixture. Add flour. Let set in refrigerator at least 3 hours. Roll and cut. Let rise in warm oven for 45 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
