Golden Banana Pudding

List of Ingredients

40 Butter Cookies (such as Chessman)
1 (5oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cup milk
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups whipped cream or cool whip
4 medium bananas, sliced


Recipe

Line the bottom of 9x13 inch dish with the cookies. Layer 1/2 the bananas on top of cookies.

In a bowl, combine the milk and the pudding mix and blend with a handheld mixer until smooth.

Let the pudding mix sit for a few minutes to thicken.

In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth.

Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture, stirring until well blended.

Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture into the baking dish. Add another layer of cookies and bananas. Top with remaining pudding mixture. Top with last layer of cookies. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
