    Streusel Topping
    1/2 cup quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
    2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp butter, softened

    One 9-inch refrigerated piecrust
    6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp caramel ice cream topping, divided

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325°. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.

    Press piecrust into pan. In large bowl, combine apples, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. In small bowl, combine sugars and flour; mix well. Add to apples; mix until apples are coated. Turn into crust; drizzle with 1/4 cup caramel topping. Sprinkle topping over apples; drizzle with remaining 2 tbsp caramel topping.

    Bake 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and topping is crisp. Serve warm or at room temperature.
