    3 cup assorted berries
    1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (9-inches)
    1 1/2 cups orange juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    1 pkg (4-serving) Jello brand gelatin, any red flavor
    Thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

    Arrange berries in bottom of crust. Mix juice, sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Pour over berries in crust.

    Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Garnish with cool whip, if desired. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
