    Carrot-Pineapple Salad

    List of Ingredients

    1 15-1/2 oz can crushed pineapple or fruit cocktail
    1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 6 oz pkg orange jello
    2 grated carrots
    2 cups whipped cream or cool whip, thawed

    Recipe

    Drain pineapple into measuring cup, add enough water to make 2 cups liquid. Boil. Dissolve jello into liquid. Pour into bowl, let set partially. Blend cream cheese and cool whip. Fold carrots and pineapple into jello. Fold in cream cheese mixture into jello mixture. Chill.
