    Sweet & Tangy Marinated Vegetables

    List of Ingredients

    8 cups mixed fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots and bell peppers, cut into 1 to 1-1/2 inch pieces
    1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup water
    1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix

    Recipe

    Place vegetables in a gallon-size storage bag. Combine vinegar, sugar, water and salad dressing mix in a medium bowl. Whisk until sugar dissolves; pour over vegetables. Seal bag and shake to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.

    Note: Vegetables will keep up to 3 days in refrigerator.
