    List of Ingredients


    • Canola Oil (or Oil of your choice)
    • Potatoes (I like Idaho, or russet. Yukon Gold would also be good for this)
    • Garlic Parsley Salt (aka California Blend)


    Instructions


    1. Wash/Scrub the potatoes. Leave the skin on but remove any blemishes. Pat dry and slice into thin discs. (cut from side to side not from end to end. You want to end up with circles, not sticks)

    2. Fry the potatoes in hot oil until they are golden brown.

    3. Coat the potatoes with the Garlic Parsley Salt on both sides.



    Final Comments


    The real secret is the Garlic Parsley Salt. If you can't find it, then shake on Garlic powder and salt.
