    List of Ingredients

    1 pound (16 oz.) sack dried pinto or black beans
    1 Qt (32 oz) chicken broth
    3/4 Tablespoon kosher salt
    3 garlic cloves minced
    1 cup diced white onion
    2 jalapeņos 1/4 lb salt pork
    1/4 cup pickled jalapeno juice
    Fiesta Pinto seasoning


    Add beans to pot (sort first).
    Add chicken broth, add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on low 8 hours or overnight.
