List of Ingredients

1/2 bag jalapeños
a few serranos
2 habaneros (not necessary)
bunch of cilantro
2 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce


Recipe

Fill tall Calphalon pot to top screw, heat on high 30 minutes uncovered, until you can pierce the jalapeños easily.
drain and cool peppers. Put half of peppers in blender w/ 1 garlic clove mince, 1/2 onion quarter, 1 tomato quartered, 1 small can tomato sauce, 1/4 bunch cilantro chopped, & salt to taste.

Repeat with balance of peppers.
