    List of Ingredients


    • 6 pork chops
    • 15 oz tomato sauce
    • 1 tsp tabasco sauce
    • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 1 Tbsp green pepper flakes
    • 1/2 tsp celery salt
    • 1/2 tsp onion salt
    • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
    • pinch of oregano


    Instructions


    1. Brown pork chops well on both sides. Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
    2. Mix together remaining ingredients.
    3. Pour over chops and cook covered on low for 30 minutes.
    4. Serve with potatoes or rice.
