    Caesar's Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 medium garlic clove
    • 2-3 anchovy filets
    • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    • pinch monosodium glutamate
    • juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
    • 2-3 oz olive oil
    • 1 raw egg
    • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 qt mixed romain and iceburg lettuce, chilled
    • 1/3 cup seasoned garlic croutons
    • freshly ground pepper


    Instructions


    1. Mix crushed garlic cloves, anchovy fillets, salt.
    2. Combine worcestershire sauce, monosodium glutamate, lemon juice, olive oil, egg and cheese.
    3. Add green to dressing and toss.
    4. Add croutons and pepper.
