Sweet and Sour Beans

List of Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 large onions, sliced in rings
- 1/2 - 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 30 oz dried green limas
- 1 lb green limas
- 1 lb kidney beans
- 1 lb baked beans
Instructions
- Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble.
- Cook together, onion rings, sugar, mustard, garlic, salt and vinegar for 20 minutes.
- Drain dried limas, green limas and kidney beans. Leave baked beans in their juice. Mix all together.
- Place in baking dish. Stir in onion and bacon.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
