    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup soft butter
    1 cup flour
    1 cup finely chopped walnuts & some for garnish
    2 8 oz packages cream cheese
    1 cup powdered sugar
    2 8 oz container cool whip
    3 cups milk
    1 large package instant pudding (any flavor)

    Recipe



    First layer:
    Mix and press in 9 X 13 inch pan, butter, flour and walnuts, bake at 350 degress for 25 minutes.
    Second layer:
    Mix and spread over cooled crust, cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 container of cool whip.
    Third layer:
    Mix pudding and milk and let set up until firm. Spread over second layer.
    Forth layer:
    Spread the other container of cool whip over top and sprinkle with nuts.
