    Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes

    Rich beyond recognition. This will spoil you for any other potato dish. It's decadent!

    List of Ingredients




    12 potatoes
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cups sour cream
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1/3 cup chopped onions
    1 cup crushed potato chips

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes with skin for 30 minutes. Cool, peel, & slice in a 9 X 13 greased casserole. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, butter, & onions. Blend into potatoes. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
