    Grilled Crab and Egg Sandwich

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can crab meat
    • yolks of 4 eggs,
    • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
    • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    • 1 beef bouillon cube
    • 1/4 cup boiling water


    Instructions


    1. Force the yolks through a sieve.
    2. Mix with the crab.
    3. Moisten with melted butter, mustard, and beef bouillion cube dissolved in the water.
    4. Spread mix between two slices of buttered bread.
    5. Brush outside with melted butter, place on heated grill and cook until golden brown
