    List of Ingredients


    • Sweet potatoes
    • cream
    • butter
    • salt


    Instructions


    1. Boiled: Wash and let stand for 1 hour in cold water. Boil potatoes with jackets on until soft. Drain and keep hot until ready to serve. Do not cover them.
    2. Mashed: Mash the boiled potatoes. Add salt to taste. Add a little butter and cream to consistancy. beat until light.
