    Peanut Butter Fluffy Dip

    1 Tbl. Reduced Fat Peanut butter (2 points)
    1 Tbl. Fat Free Half & Half (0 points)
    ½ C vanilla fat free yogurt (1/2 point)
    1 Tbl. Fat Free Cool Whip topping (0 point)
    1 Tsp. Mini Chocolate Chips (1/2 point)

    Serves 1


    Place peanut butter and half & half in a small ramekin dish. Microwave for 15 – 20 seconds, stir and blend well. Add yogurt, mix and then cool whip. Top w/chocolate chips (optional).
    Dip = 2.5 WW points or 3 w/choc. chips

    Serve with sliced apple + 1 point and/or banana + 2 points. (Good with grapes too!)

    ALSO: Try 1/2 C. fat free Apple yogurt + 1 Tsp. Caramel topping, sprinkled with Cinnamon for another low fat apple dip.
