    List of Ingredients


    • 1 2 Lb. Pkg. frozen cubed hash browns (thawed)
    • 1 Tsp Salt
    • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
    • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 12 oz. Sour Cream
    • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
    • 2 Cups Crushed Cornflakes.


    Instructions


    1. Mix above items together and place in a 9 x 13 pan
    2. Top with crushed cornflakes and melted butter mixed together
    3. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
