Christmas Traditional Potatoes





List of Ingredients



• 12 Med. Potatoes
  
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  
• 1 c. sour cream
  
• 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
  
• 1 clove garlic, crushed (I usually use about 2-3 cloves)
  
• ¨ù c. chopped chives
  
• ¨ö tsp. paprika
  
• 1 Tbsp. Butter (I usually use more)
  






Instructions



1. Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, or until fork tender; drain.
   
2. Mash potatoes with electric mixer; add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic.
   
3. Beat at high speed till light and fluffy.
   
4. Stir in chives.
   
5. Spoon into greased casserole.
   
6. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
   
7. Bake at 350¢ª for 30 minutes.
