    • 1 PKG FROZEN BROCCOLI SPEARS
    • 6 SLICES BACON - CUT IN SMALL PIECES
    • 3 TBLS VINEGAR
    • 1/4 TPS SALT
    • DASH OF PEPPER
    • 1 TPS SUGAR
    • 3 HARD BOILED EGGS - SLICED
    • 3 GREEN ONIONS - CHOPPED
    • SALAD GREENS


    Instructions


    1. COOK BROCCOLI, DRAIN AND CHILL
    2. FRY BACON UNTIL CRISP. PLACE ON PAPER TOWELS
    3. USING BACON DRIPPINGS, STIR IN VINEGAR, SALT, PEPPER AND SUGAR AND HEAT GENTLY.
    4. ARRANGE CHILLED BROCCOLI ON SALAD GREENS
    5. PLACE EGG SLICES AROUND BROCCOLI
    6. SPRINKLE BACON AND GREN ONION ON TOP.
    7. POUR ON HOT DRESSING.
