Parmesan-black pepper fricos

List of Ingredients
- Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Some freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 F
- Line baking sheet with silpat
- For each frico spoon about 2 tbsp grated P-R onto baking sheet and spread in to a 3 inch round
- Space Rounds 2 inches apart
- Sprinkle tops of rounds with freshly ground pepper
- Bake until crisp and golden, about 12 minutes
- Transfer pan to a wire rack and let cool completely
- Using a spatula, remove fricos from baking sheet
