    PAULY TH CLOWN'S SPICY MEATLOAF

    This is another orignal recipe by "Pauly The Clown". This is a serving for 6 people.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground chuck (medium ground).
    • 1/2 pound lean pork (medium ground).
    • 2 table spoons of oil.
    • 1 medium onion (chopped fine).
    • 3 cloves of garlic (chopped fine).
    • 1/2 cup of chopped celery.
    • 8 to 10 chopped green onions.
    • 1 table spoon worchestshire sauce.
    • 1 table spoon chili powder.
    • 1/2 tea spoon coriander.
    • 1/2 tea spoon cayenne
    • 1/2 tea spoon nut meg
    • 2 eggs
    • 6 slices white bread without crust.
    • 1 glass of milk.
    • 1 jar of bbq sauce.
    • 10 to 12 dash of tabasco


    Instructions


    1. Combine chili powder, coriander, cayenne and nut meg in bowl. Set aside.
    2. In skillet heat oil on medium, add chopped onions, chopped garlic cloves, chopped celery and chopped green onions. Saute till soft and transparent. Set aside.
    3. In large bowl mix ground pork and ground beef together. Mix well.
    4. Take bread slices and cut into cubes. Beat eggs together. Add to bread slices in a bowl. Add enough milk to make bread moist.
    5. Add bread mixture to meat, sprinkle on one table spoon of worchestshire sauce and add 10 to 12 dashes of tabasco sauce.
    6. Add onion, garlic, celery and spice mixture to the meat. Mix well.
    7. Take entire mixture and put into greased 9" by 4 1/2" by 2 1/2" loaf pan. Press down firmly in pan.
    8. Take spatula and move meat away from sides of pan while pouring a little bbq sauce along side of pan.
    9. Top meatloaf off with a little more bbq sauce.
    10. Bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
    11. After 1 hour 15 minutes open oven and add more bbq sauce to top of loaf. Close oven and bake for 15 minutes.
