    Squash Casserole

    4 c squash, cooked
    1 cup onion, chopped
    ½ cup green pepper, chopped
    1 c grated cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can crm mushroom soup
    ¾ cup herb seasoned breadcrumbs
    2 T melted margarine

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top with extra cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
