    Simple Yeast Rolls

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups lukewarn cater
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 Tbsp. sugar
    • 1 pkg. yeast
    • 3 Tbsp. oil
    • 3 cups flour


    Instructions


    1. Mix water, salt, sugar, and yeast together in a separate mixing bowl. Let sit about 5 minutes. Add oil.

    2. Measure flour into larger mixing bowl. Add above liquid ingredients to the flour. Mix until bread dough forms.

    3. Put dough onto a floured surface and knead 3-4 times.

    4. Place dough into a greased bowl. Let rise until doubled in size; about 1 hour.

    5. Punch down dough in the bowl. Form along-round cylindrical-shaped dough. Pinch off and form/shape rolls. Place the rolls in a greased cake pan.

    6. Let rolls rise about 1/2 hour. Bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

    7. Enjoy warm from the oven!
