    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pint strawberries
    • 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
    • 1 tsp. sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Place the strainer in the sink. Pull any green leaves off the strawberries. Place the strawberries in the strainer, rinse quickly under cold running water, and let them drain.
    2. Pour the cream into the mixing bowl. Add the sugar and vanilla. Using the electric mixer, beat the cream at medium-high speed until it is thick and fluffy.
    3. Gently pat athe strawberries dry with paper towels and divide the berries among 4 dessert bowls. Spoon the whipped cream over the berries and serve.
    4. Makes 4 servings.
