    STIR TIL THE WATER BOILS THEN BOIL AT 290 C. ADD DROPS OFF FOOD COLOURING, HAVE APPLES READY ON THE STICKS ALREADY WASHED. DIP VERY QUICKLY AND PUT ON A PLATE TO COOL.

    IF NO THERMOMETER, BOIL UNTIL IT FIRMS WHEN DROPPED IN COLD WATER. THIS QUANTITY DOES ABOUT 60 APPLES.
