List of Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. Black-eyed peas ,drained
- 1 11 oz. shoe peg corn , drained
- 1 can rotel tomatoes chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper , chopped
- 1 cup PicanteSauce or Salsa
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2-4 chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
Instructions
- Combine everything and mix gently.
- Chill OVERNIGHT.
- Drain.
- Serve with Wow ...Tostido Chips
