    List of Ingredients


    • 1 15 oz. Black-eyed peas ,drained
    • 1 11 oz. shoe peg corn , drained
    • 1 can rotel tomatoes chopped
    • 1 small green bell pepper , chopped
    • 1 cup PicanteSauce or Salsa
    • 2 cloves Garlic
    • 2-4 chopped green onions
    • 2 tablespoon cider vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Combine everything and mix gently.

    2. Chill OVERNIGHT.

    3. Drain.

    4. Serve with Wow ...Tostido Chips
