    Here is a recipe I tried the other day and turned out great.


    List of Ingredients




    Frozen Pie Crust
    1 can condensed milk (use name brand - Carnation)
    Chopped Walnuts (optional)
    Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Bake pie crust according to directions for empty pie crust (on 350
    degrees
    about 10-12 min). When pie crust is browned, layer the bottom with
    chopped
    walnuts.
    Remove paper wrapper from condensed milk can. Place in a medium sized
    saucepan and fill with water until the can is covered. Boil in a
    saucepan
    for about an hour and a half. You will have to keep checking on it and
    adding water to the pan as it evaporates to keep the water level up.
    CAREFULLY open the can - You may want to place a dish towel over your
    hands
    as you open the can (hot liquid will spurt out). The can of milk will
    be a
    caramel color and a pudding consistency. Empty can into pie crust.
    Top
    with cool whip and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
