    1 bag cubed hashbrowns
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken (or cream of chicken & cream of mushroom)
    1/2 C. milk
    shredded cheddar

    Recipe



    Grease large glass baking dish. Mix all ingredients except cheese together. Bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes, until puffy and golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese to cover, let melt.
