    Here is an easy way to roast pumpkin seeds

    List of Ingredients




    Pumpkin seeds (make sure there are no pumpkin "guts" mixed with them)
    1 TBS oil
    1/4 TBS Salt

    Recipe



    Remove seeds from the pumpkin and wash in a colander with cold water. Make sure you remove all the pumpkin "guts". Pat the seeds dry with a paper towel.

    Preheat the oven to 300.

    Mix 1 TBS oil with 1/4 TBS salt in a bowl.

    Place seeds in the the bowl with the oil and salt mixture and stir until they are coated.

    Spread the seeds evenly on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

    Remove and let cool on paper towels. Serve as is or as salad topping.
