    Cream Cheese Peach Cake

    Cream Cheese Peach Cake

    3/4 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 package vanilla pudding mix
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1 15 ounce can sliced peaches
    1 8 ounce package cream cheese -- softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    Mix first 7 ingredients and put into a greased 9" deep dish pie pan.
    Drain peaches, reserving juice. Add peaches to the pie pan. I've found
    that this makes more than 1. But I may be doing something wrong.
    .
    Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons of the
    peach juice. Beat 2 minutes. Spoon over the batter in the pie pan
    to within 1 inch of the edge. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over the pie. Set pan on a cookie sheet or foil.
    Bake in a pre heated 350 degree oven until golden brown....for 30 to 45 min.......
    Serve warm.
