    HOME MADE PAN COATING FOR BREAD OR CAKE PANS


    1/2 c solid white vegetable shortening such as Crisco
    1/2 c Vegetable oil
    1/2 c Flour

    Blend the shortening, oil and flour until smooth.
    Cover and store in the refrigerator. Use to grease bread pans,
    cake pans, muffin pans and casserole dishes.
    Note: A processor, blender or mixer may be used to blend ingredients smoothly.
    Tip: use a plastic sandwich bag over your hand to grease pans or a pastry brush to brush on when mixture softens at room temperature.
