    Chinese Wings for Crockpot

    List of Ingredients




    16 chicken wings
    1 cup chopped red onion
    1 cup soy sauce
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup dry cooking sherry
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    Chopped chives

    Cut wings into two sections. Then broil about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to slow cooker. Mix the rest except Chives in crockpot while this is cooking. Place Wings in crockpot; stir to coat. Cover and cook on Low 5 to 6 hours or on High 2 to 3 hours. Chives are a garnish.
