    List of Ingredients




    Mississippi Stew

    2 lbs stew meat
    2 Lg potatoes, peeled and diced
    3 medium carrots, sliced thin
    1 lg onion, sliced
    1 17 ounce can whole kernel corn
    1 17 ounce can English peas
    1 cup sliced mushrooms (canned or fresh)
    1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
    1 small can rotel tomatoes
    1/2 cup margarine
    salt/pepper
    1 teaspoon creole seasoning
    flour
    Salt/pepper and flour beef cubes. Brown in magarine. Layer raw vegs in bottom of crock pot. Lightly salt and pepper. Layer canned vegs (except tomatoes), then sprinkle creole seasoning. Pour mixed cans of tomatoes on top. Drain meat and lay on top of this. DO NOT STIR! Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
    An entire meal in one!
