    List of Ingredients




    HEATED CRAB CAKES

    1 POUND FRESH LUMP CRAB MEAT
    2 TO 2 1/2 CUPS OF SOFT BREAD CRUMBS
    1 EGG BEATEN
    3/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
    1/3 CUP EACH CHOPPED..... CELERY, GREEN PEPPER AND ONION
    1 TEASP. SEAFOOD SEASONING
    1 TABSP. MINCED FRESH PARSLEY
    2 TEASP. LEMON JUICE
    1 TEASP. WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    1 TEASP. PREPARED MUSTARD
    1/4 TEASP. PEPPER
    1/8 TEASP. OR MORE OF HOT PEPPER SAUCE TO TASTE.
    2-4 TABSP. VEGETABLE OIL
    LEMON SLICES OPTIONAL.....

    IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CRAB AND BREAD CRUMBS, EGG
    MAYOANNIASE, VEGETABLES AND SEASONINGS. SHAPE INTO 8
    PATTIES. BROIL PATTIES OR COOK IN A SKILLET IN OIL FOR 4
    MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN...SERVE WITH
    LEMON IF DESIRED.....YIELDS...8 SERVINGS
