Shrimp Con Queso
Saute:
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
Add:
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies
can cream of celery soup
8 ounces of Velveeta Cheese
Simmer.
Add:
2 pounds cooked, peeled shrimp
Serve over rice.
