    Barbecue Bacon Meat Loaf [lo fat]

    List of Ingredients




    Barbecue Bacon Meat Loaf
    2 packages (1 pound each) ground turkey
    12 slices turkey bacon, diced
    1-cup quick cooking oats, uncooked
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    2 large egg whites
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Press mixture into an ungreased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Top with additional barbecuse sauce, if desired. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

    Note: Meatloaf ingredients may be combined 1 day ahead and refrigerated. Bake at 375 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
