    Beef Pot Pie

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs stewing beef
    6 c water
    1 1/2 t salt
    6 medium sized potatoes
    1 t minced onion
    1 t minced parsley

    Cook meat in salt water until it is tender. Remove meat from broth; add minced onion and parsley to broth. While you are cooking make the pot pie noodles. Bring to a boiling point and add alternate layers of cubed potatoes and squares of dough.

    . Serves 6 to 8.

    Phil's note NO you do not have to add the potatoes, onion or parsley. DO NOT SHAKE FLOUR OFF OF NOODLES. It will thicken the broth. If it is NOT thick enough add more flour or some cornstarch.
