Grandma's Simple Egg Noodle

I make mine by stirring up as many eggs as I want depending on quantity needed. Add proportionate salt, then flour to make a very stiff dough. Add nothing else. Roll very thin. cut to desired width. Grandma always hung them on the back of a kitchen chair over a dishcloth to dry.

This was my grandmas recipe. It goes over great anywhere I use it.
