List of Ingredients




1 peck tomatoes
1 tablespoon mixed pickling spices
4 onions
3 red peppers
6 peach leaves
1 cup vinegar
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon tumeric
1/4 teaspoon pepper



Recipe



Peel the tomatoes and cook them until they are soft
Put the tomatoes through a sieve
Tie the pickling spices in a bag and add to the tomatoes
Add all of the remaining ingredients to the tomatoes
Boil the mixture until it is thick
Remove the spice bag
Place the hot ketchup into jars or bottles and seal.
