    Chili Burgers

    List of Ingredients




    CHILI BURGERS

    1 lb. lean ground beef (we've also used ground turkey)
    1 small tomato, seeded, drained of excess liquid, and chopped
    1/4 cup minced onion
    1/8 cup chopped ripe olives
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
    2 tsp. powdered chiles
    1 tsp. lemon zest
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    buns or rolls

    Prepare grill or broiler. Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
    Mix gently using your hands. Shape into 4 burgers. Grill over
    hot coals for approximately 5 minutes per side or until thoroughly
    cooked. Serve immediately on hearty rolls with the condiments
    of your choice.
