Make white sauce with .
l T butter
1 T flour (I make thick and use a little more)
1 cup milk

Cook in saucepan to thicken. Add ..
1 can creamed corn
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 t. sugar
1 t. salt

Mix all ingredients, pour into a greased caserole dish and top with
cheddar cheese to cover.

Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

During the holidays, we double recipe because it always disappears so
fast. This is good with baked ham with relishes like picked beets,
sweet pickles, etc.
