    Broiled Tomatoes [Grilled]

    List of Ingredients




    We do these on the grill or in the oven. Enjoy! gwenla

    4 slices of bread, toasted on both sides
    4 slices of tomato, 1/2 inch thick
    1/2 cup Hellmans mayonnaise
    4 slices of cheese (your choice, I use swiss)
    salt & pepper
    Cut bread into circles to fit tomato slices (before toasting). After toasting, spread with mayonnaise, top with cheese and broil. Serves 4
