    4 TO 6 EARS CORN
    2 EGGS BEATEN WELL
    1 TBL SUGAR
    2 TBL BUTTER
    1 C MILK
    1 1/2 TSP SALT

    SLIT CORN, CUT OFF AND SCRAPE EAR; ADD EGGS, SUGAR, SALT, AND MELTED BUTTER; ADD MILK. BAKE IN 300 OVEN UNTIL FIRM. SERVES 6.
