Genie's Corn Pudding
List of Ingredients
Corn Pudding
2 tblsp cornstarch
1 #2 size can cream style corn (or 2-3 ears of fresh corn when available)
6 eggs
3 cups evaporated milk
1 tblsp sugar
Pinch of salt
Recipe
Mix cornstarch with 2 tblsp water to make a smooth paste. Add to the corn. Beat eggs and add evaporated milk, sugar and salt and beat until well combined. Pour into a flat greased caserole. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven until consistency of custard, about 50 to 60 minutes.
