    Marinated Grilled Steak

    Plan ahead. Required to marinate for 6-24 hours.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c olive4 oil
    1/4 c worcesterchire sauce
    1/2 c soy sauce
    3 Tbs minced garlic
    1 small onion, chopped, about 1/2 cup
    1 Tbs salt or 2 tsp kosher salt
    2 tsp pepper
    1 Tbs dried rosemary
    1/4 c A-1 Steak Sauce
    2 Tbs dried steak seasoning
    4 (11-12 oz) steaks, preferably rib eye

    Recipe



    In food processor, combine all ingredients except steaks; process until well blended.
    Using a fork prick the steak on both sides then place in a shallow glass baking dish.
    Pour marinade over steaks and turn to make sure they are coated.
    Cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours, turning once or twice.
    A couple of hours prior to grill, remove steaks from the marinade, place on plate and let come to room temperature. Discard marinade.
    Grill steaks to desired doneness.
