NO oil recipe but very moist


List of Ingredients




1/2 c butter, melted
2 eggs
3 large or 4 small bananas, very ripe
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla



Recipe



Cream eggs, sugar, butter until well blended. Add bananas which have been mashed. Add flour which has been sifted with the baking soda. Pour into loaf pan which has been greased and floured. BAke in 350 degree oven for one hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
